Short Term Furnished Apartments
Our residences are fully furnished and decorated. Each apartment is unique and different from one another. Our decorators purchase all the furnishings. We do not use rental furniture. All the kitchens are fully equipped to cook and serve food and include a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The apartments are stocked with extra linens, bedding, towels, cookware, glassware and cleaning tools. Washing machines and dryers are located in the apartment or on the premises. All utilities, including heat, gas, electricity, water, cable TV, wireless internet and phone are turned “on” before the tenant arrives and are administered by us. Tenants only need to go to the grocery store and bring in their luggage. Parking is included. All state, city and occupancy taxes are included in our quoted prices. When comparing us to hotels and other residences, these taxes may be significant additions to your quoted price.
Apartments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed lease and first month’s rent deposit must be submitted to hold a unit.
Our minimum lease term is 30-45 days depending on the season. Notice to Vacate can be given for any day (except Saturday) after the minimum lease term has been satisfied. When a tenant is ready to vacate, they send an email stating when they plan to vacate. The notice is confirmed by a representative of The Relocation Exchange via email and the end of the lease obligation is defined and documented.
Prices vary based on location and size of the apartment. We offer one, two, three and four bedroom apartments/homes to accomodate single tenants and larger families. Discounts apply for stays of six months or longer. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is held in a separate trust account and is returned within thirty days of vacating the apartment. Upon vacating the apartment, a final cleaning fee is charged based on the condition and time necessary to clean it. Invoicing is produced monthly and emailed to the tenant or their employer. Payments may be made using cash or check, electronically (ACH), by wire or credit card (processing fees apply to cc payments).
Customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7days a week. Tenants are responsible for ongoing cleaning during their stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for regular or one-time services at an additional cost. No smoking is permitted in the residences.
